Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust, scalable backend services using Python/Java
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement new features
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
  • Participate in on-call rotation and maintain system reliability

Salary Range

$130,000 – $180,000 + equity
