  • Our team connects the person we serve with local organizations and agencies that provide housing-related services, financial assistance, mental health support, employment resources, and other relevant assistance programs.
  • Our housing Case Manager will check in with the person served regularly to ensure their housing situation remains stable and address any emerging issues.   
  • Provideeducation and training on cultural sensitivity to develop a good understanding with prospective landlords, property managers, neighbors, and roommates.
  • Assist in understanding and applying for housing-related benefits to retain housing.
